Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

This irresistible casserole combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, creamy ranch, gooey cheese, and golden tater tots for the ultimate comfort food everyone will devour!


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the creamy base:
    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the good stuff:
    Stir in the cooked chicken, half of the crumbled bacon, and half of the shredded cheeses.
  4. Assemble the casserole:
    Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
  5. Top it off:
    Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, followed by the rest of the bacon.
  6. Bake until golden:
    Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Garnish & enjoy:
    Let cool for a few minutes, then top with sliced green onions if desired.
