Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar

Directions:

  1. Make the Big Mac sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and vinegar. Set aside.
  2. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Warm tortillas:
Gently heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps:
Lay out each tortilla and spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce. Add a portion of cooked beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles.
  5. Wrap it up:
Roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito. Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds on the outside for that classic Big Mac touch.
  6. Toast (optional):
Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side for added crispness.
