  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, sliced into pats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (including the juice), sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
