Irresistible Olive Oil Bread Dip

This flavorful olive oil bread dip combines herbs, garlic, and spices for the perfect accompaniment to crusty bread. Easy to prepare and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl or shallow dish, combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Add minced garlic, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
