Base Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:
