Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops (50g) chocolate protein powder (whey, casein, or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture and nutrition)
  • Sweetener to taste (e.g., stevia, honey, or maple syrup)

Directions:

  1. Mix the Base
    • In a medium bowl, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, and Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add Liquid
    • Gradually add almond milk while stirring to reach your desired consistency. Start with 1/4 cup and add more if needed.
  3. Optional: Add Chia Seeds
    • Stir in chia seeds for extra fiber and a pudding-like texture.
  4. Sweeten
