Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars (Three Ingredients)

These no-bake Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars are the perfect quick and easy treat made with just three pantry staples!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Cheerios cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Pan
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Melt the Mixture
    • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Mix with Cheerios
    • Remove the saucepan from heat. Add the Cheerios and gently mix until all the cereal is evenly coated.
  4. Press into the Pan
    • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to press it down firmly and evenly.
  5. Chill to Set
    • Refrigerate the pan for 1-2 hours or until the bars are firm and easy to cut.
  6. Slice and Serve
    • Remove from the pan and cut into squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!
