Mini-sized but packed with flavor, these cheeseburger sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Perfect for parties, game days, or a fun family dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
- 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or tray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Press the seasoned beef evenly into a square or rectangular shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the beef in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Remove the beef from the oven and immediately place the halved slices of cheddar cheese over the top, allowing them to melt.
- Cut the beef into 12 equal squares to match the size of the slider buns.
- Lightly brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter and toast them in the oven for 2-3 minutes, if desired.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a piece of beef and cheese on each bun, then adding optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
