This “Melt In Your Mouth” chicken breast recipe delivers tender, juicy chicken coated in a creamy, flavorful topping that will have everyone asking for seconds!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
