Sugar Cookie Truffles

Deliciously sweet and perfect for the holidays or any occasion, these no-bake sugar cookie truffles are a delightful treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar cookie crumbs (use pre-baked sugar cookies or store-bought)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts (for coating)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Directions

1. Prepare the Cookie Mixture:

  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar cookie crumbs, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until well blended, forming a dough-like consistency.

2. Shape the Truffles:

  1. Scoop small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  2. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

3. Melt the Chocolate:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

4. Coat the Truffles:

  1. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  2. Place the coated truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Add sprinkles immediately if desired, before the chocolate sets.

5. Chill and Serve:

  1. Refrigerate the coated truffles for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
  2. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
