Sheet Pan Tacos

Take taco night to the next level with these easy and flavorful Sheet Pan Tacos. Perfect for feeding a crowd or meal prepping for the week!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 small taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/2 cup salsa (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, letting the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Arrange the taco shells on a sheet pan, slightly overlapping to fit.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef mixture, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the shells are slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and any additional toppings like sour cream or salsa.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Sheet Pan Tacos!
