Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix)
- 1/2 cup water
- 10 small taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup salsa (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water, letting the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
