Air Fryer Chicken Fajita Wraps

These wraps are packed with juicy, seasoned chicken strips, colorful bell peppers, and onions—all air-fried to perfection and rolled into warm tortillas for a quick, delicious meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning (or taco seasoning)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro

Directions

Step 1: Season

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.

Step 2: Air Fry

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add the chicken and veggies to the basket (in a single layer if possible).
  3. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are slightly charred.

Step 3: Wrap

  1. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  2. Divide the chicken fajita mix between tortillas.
  3. Top with shredded cheese and any optional toppings you like.

Step 4: Optional Crisp

  1. Roll wraps burrito-style.
  2. Place them back in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes for a crispy finish (optional but delicious!).

Cook Time: 12 minutes
