Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into thin strips)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning (or taco seasoning)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro
Directions
Step 1: Season
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the chicken and veggies to the basket (in a single layer if possible).
