A no-bake Filipino dessert favorite, this mango graham roll is creamy, fruity, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious — perfect for warm days or any sweet craving!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, sliced thinly
- 1 pack graham crackers (whole sheets)
- 1 cup all-purpose cream (or heavy cream)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- Optional: crushed grahams for garnish
Directions
- Prepare the Cream:
In a bowl, whip the all-purpose cream until slightly thickened. Add condensed milk and mix until smooth. Chill for 10–15 minutes for easier spreading. - Layer the Graham Crackers:
On a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper, place 2–3 sheets of graham crackers side by side to form a rectangle. - Spread Cream Mixture:
Spread a generous layer of cream mixture over the grahams, then place a few mango slices on top. - Roll It Up:
Gently roll the graham crackers into a log, using the plastic wrap to help shape it tightly. Seal the ends and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. - Serve:
Unwrap the roll, slice, and optionally sprinkle crushed grahams on top before serving.
