Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (1-inch pieces)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh, finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the biscuit dough:
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your hands.
  3. Add the cheese:
Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough piece. Fold the edges up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and form into a ball.
  4. Place on baking sheet:
Arrange sealed-side down, spaced slightly apart.
  5. Make garlic butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Brush and bake:
Brush each dough ball with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan if using. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Finish and serve:
Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and serve warm.
